The 7 Hermetic Laws
and their connection to the chakras
Our chakras are energy centers that are directly connected to our thoughts, feelings and physical processes. Each chakra corresponds to a specific area of our life and a specific energy that affects the body, mind and soul. When you understand how the Hermetic Laws interact with these energy centers, you can live more consciously, overcome challenges more easily and improve your quality of life.

1. Spirituality – Crown Chakra (Sahasrara)
“Everything is spirit.”
The crown chakra is located on the crown of your head and represents your connection to the universe, spirituality and higher consciousness.
How it helps you:
When you realize that everything starts in the mind, you can consciously direct your thinking. Breaking negative thought patterns and creating a positive, clear focus instead is key. The crown chakra helps you find inspiration and connect with your higher self.

2. Analogies – Forehead Chakra/Third Eye (Ajna)
“As within, so without.”
The third eye is located between your eyebrows and is the center of your intuition and wisdom.
How it helps you:
Your external world is a mirror of your internal world. If you see chaos on the outside, it is often a sign that something is out of balance on the inside. Through the brow chakra you learn to listen to your intuition, see situations clearly and consciously initiate changes.

3. Vibration – Throat Chakra (Vishuddha)
“Everything vibrates.”
The throat chakra is located in the area of your larynx and represents communication, truth and expression.
How it helps you:
Every word you speak and every intention behind it carries a vibration. The throat chakra helps you to communicate honestly and clearly, without fear of misunderstandings. You can learn to consciously send positive vibrations in your communication and thereby build harmonious relationships.

4. Rhythm – Heart Chakra (Anahata)
“Everything flows.”
The heart chakra is located in the center of your chest and is the center of love, compassion and healing.
How it helps you:
Life follows rhythms: joy and pain, growth and calm. The heart chakra reminds you to feel everything and not to suppress anything. If you stay in rhythm, you will find balance and be able to accept difficult phases without losing your balance.

5. Cause and Effect – Solar Plexus Chakra (Manipura)
“Every cause has an effect.”
The solar plexus chakra is located in the abdominal area and is the seat of your personal power, your self-confidence and your ability to act.
How it helps you:
Everything you think, feel and do has consequences. When you decide and act consciously, you strengthen your inner strength and experience positive changes in your life. This chakra helps you to take responsibility for your actions and consciously set the course for your future.

6. Polarity – Sacral Chakra (Svadhisthana)
“Everything has two poles.”
The sacral chakra is located just below your belly button and represents creativity, emotions and relationships.
How it helps you:
Light and shadow, joy and pain - both are part of life. The sacral chakra shows you that opposites are not separate, but part of a larger whole. By learning to accept both poles, you can develop creatively and find emotional balance.

7. Gender – Root Chakra (Muladhara)
“Everything has a male and female aspect.”
The root chakra is located at the base of your spine and represents security, stability and grounding.
How it helps you:
The root chakra reminds you that you carry both the energy of giving (masculine) and receiving (feminine). When this chakra is balanced, you feel safe, grounded, and able to create new realities.
